Purchase of Artworks

All sales are subject to availability. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Commissioned Works

For commissioned pieces:

  • Client confirms all items photographed are legally owned by the client or used with permission

  • Lisa Dobrin creates transformative fine art documenting the client's personal collection and story

  • Copyright to the photographic artwork remains with Lisa Dobrin unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Client receives usage rights as specified in the commission agreement

Consumer Guarantees

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by these Terms. Our artworks come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website.
